Integrated Support

Our Team leads an innovative partnership with CLBC with the intention to transform service delivery for Indigenous individuals and families that support children and youth with diverse and complex needs.

Our mission is to help families navigate complex systems to empower their voice in advocacy for their child or family member with diverse abilities. Committed to bridging systemic gaps, we collaborate and advocate with various systems that impact families raising children and youth with various diagnoses.

Grounded in the belief that all Indigenous children, youth, and adults deserve inclusion, cultural identity, and equitable access to opportunities, our program encompasses vital initiatives such as Jordan’s Principle and ARC funding. Together we are redefining support systems to better reflect the needs, traditions, and vision of our children, families, and Communities.

Our team members include:  Jordan’s Principle Coordinator, ARC Coordinator, Cultural Inclusion, Community Inclusion Direct Support, and Outreach Coordinator.
