Each team is supported by a team leader who provides supervision. Teams meet regularly to review case files and to address emerging areas of concern. Each team is responsible for managing and reporting regularly on pending and active cases within their jurisdiction. Each team also maintains their own ‘developmental plan’ for continuous improvement in the delivery of services.
